Aurobindo, known as Sri Aurobindo (15 August 1872 – 5 December 1950), born Aurobindo Ghose, was an Indian nationalist, philosopher, yogi, guru & poet. He joined the Indian movement for independence from British rule, for a while became one of its influential leaders and then became a spiritual reformer, introducing his visions on human progress and spiritual evolution. During his stay in Pondicherry, Aurobindo developed a method of spiritual practice he called Integral yoga. The central theme of his vision was the evolution of human life into a life divine. He believed in a spiritual realization that not only liberated man but transformed his nature, enabling a divine life on earth. In 1926, with the help of his spiritual collaborator, Mirra Alfassa (referred to as “The Mother”); he founded the Sri Aurobindo Ashram. He died on 5 December 1950 in Pondicherry.
In the Artistic work of Shri Aurobindo Ashram; It start with the defining how earth is special of all creations in the Universe. And in the earth How India is a special earth, which is choosen by God himself to be special country.
“MADURAM MADHURAM”:
·         Starting with its song “MADURAM MADHURAM” The divineness of India is being praised.
·         Followed by the Sanskrit sloks praising the land of India as a mother land.
·         Praising the beauty, Prosperity, purity of the mother land.
·         In this audio the future of India as a great nation and its importance in the world has been recognized. Along with it many Sanskrit shloks and songs have also been included.
·         Earth has been described as a place of distinction because unlike any other planet it has living beings. Similarly India is a divinely chosen country by the god for himself in which he chose to invest him. India is the Bharat Shakti, it has great spiritual conception and fidelity is the very principle of her existence.
India is an Immortal nation:
·         The narrator further narrates how India is the Living Energy of great Spiritual conception and how this spirituality has been its persistent cause of survival and revival.
·         Next in the spiritual sound of OM, the narrator uses a Sanskrit sloks to praise that spiritual power of the mother nation.
India is an immortal nation and a mighty Shakti of three hundred million people which makes it powerful. India is full of ancient history and descendants who performed tapasya to gain spirituality. All the hero, rishi, the saints are natural fruits of our Indian soil and they have been present in all ages till now.
“Jayhe Jayhe Bharat Mata”:
·         The melody of song imbibes within it the praising and worshiping the mother Land.
·         After the narrator explains the love, passion & the feeling of worship as an Indian, for his mother land.
“Vande Bharat”:
·         Song once again worships the motherland, the truth prevailing in the divinity on the Bharat Mata.
·         Moving with these songs of praising the spirituality and truth which is prevailing in the mother Land. The narrator keeps chanting the Sanskrit sloks in the glory of Bharat Mata.
Next the narrator suggests how it’s time now that India spreads its light of spirituality and persistence positively in living to the entire world, to the mankind.
·         The Narrator feels the necessity of enlighting the entire world, the mankind the spirit of living. The need of harmony of requirements of future and the need of today.
·         The concept says that the greatness of the ideologies of the past, make the ideologies of the past, make the ideologies of the future to be greater.
·         Moving forward, the artist gives immense importance of unity in various people of India, just as the all children of mother India.
·         The unity of India will give the prosperity of a developed Indian Nation.
The idea of rebirth is conveyed next:
·         The rebirth, which means the controlling the minds and hearts of ourselves in attaining Pooran Sawaraj over ourselves before conquering the outer problems.
The next Sanskrit shlok praises mother Durga, as the mother of nation. The prayer seeks guidance towards the path of truth.
The Artistic work ends with a prayer to the divine mother of nation, to guide its children to the path of truth and positivity.
The Narrator ends the artistic work with the National song, praising the mother land with “Vande Matram”.
India is the foremost country and she should set the example of spirituality in the world. India must reveal yoga to the world because without it mankind cannot take the next step in the human evolution. As yoga and meditation will be beneficial for everyone to stay healthy and strong.
In the future India will be the guru of the world and structure of the world only depends on India as it is the living soul of spirituality and various forms of knowledge and this will unite the world. India will shine at the top of the mountains and will organize unity in the world. Thoughts of Aryans, Vedanta and Geeta must be recovered to become fearless and strong. India should realise its power which resides in its spirituality and show this to the world now. India must wake up to its mission to unite and harmonize the world.
REFLECTION
the words of Sri Aurobindo pledging his love for India and professing his affection for her as one would his mother bring moisture to one’s eyes. The narrator says that the Mother asks us for no schemes, no plans, no methods, she will herself provide them better than anyone can devise. She asks us for our hearts, our lives, nothing less nothing more. The narration, as perfect as the Queen’s English, is an aural joy.
Ø  Effectiveness in today’s scenario.
Ø  As compared to previous days, the relevance of Vedanta and Geeta isn’t the same anymore.
Ø  Thought spirituality still exists in India but it has also been faded with the time in some ways.
Ø  India is truly blessed with the introduction of yoga and it has actually been spreading in the world on a large. Yoga has gained its importance to a great extent in the world and it is highly effective in today’s scenario.
Ø  Spreading of unity in the world by India will make India soon to shine brightly among other nations as a single strength with great and united people.
Ø  If India realizes her power which is full of ancient knowledge and spirituality and spread it in the world then its importance will be recognized all over the world. Hence making it effective in today’s scenario.
CONCLUSION
To conclude India has been shown as an immortal nation and a mighty Shakti of three hundred million people which makes it powerful. India is full of ancient history and descendants who performed tapasya to gain spirituality. All the hero, rishi, the saints are natural fruits of our Indian soil and they have been present in all the ages till now.
